Returning to Blogging after Hitting 1000 YouTube Subs.

Having accomplished my goal of 1000 YouTube subscribers, I’ve realised it’s time to refocus my efforts back to my first love. I’m returning to Blogging.

 

First of all, to everyone who has supported me on my YouTube journey with @GuitarGeordie, every single subscriber, comment, share and like. It’s been a hard grind, but back in August I finally made it into the YouTube Partner program, so before I get into returning to Blogging…

Returning to Blogging?

And now an apology. I’m sorry I took me eye off the ball with the blog. The YouTube grind took over for a while, but now that I’ve overcame that hurdle, and with Christmas rapidly approaching, now is the prime time to get back into what got me started. Guitar Gear Reviews on these very page!

It’s been a long time since I’ve done any BIG reviews on guitar products, so stay tuned for long-overdue reviews on the Squier Affinity Telecaster, BOSS DS-1, BOSS DS-1w, BOSS SD-1, TC Electronic Cinders overdrive and many, many more. It’s time to redress the balance, and work on Blogging and YouTube more equally, so that they feed off each other.

Beyond Guitar Gear Reviews

But the blog is not just about Guitar Gear reviews, I’ll also be announcing a few other exciting, music-related things that have been developing of late, as well as getting back into writing in general, something that I’ve missed greatly whilst being behind a camera for far too long! In a nutshell, I want to return to the beginning of my Blogging journey, hopefully applying everything I’ve learned along the way, to make The Blogging Musician the best it’s ever been, and to build from there.
