Are you heading to Coachella? You need to start working on that packing list. Coachella is a very old and popular festival; it is every music lover’s dream festival. But if you genuinely want to enjoy the festival, especially if it is your first time, you have to pack for your trip very thoughtfully. And that is precisely why I am here, to help you with packing your luggage for the festival. So let’s get started.

The Right Wardrobe

If you are going to a music festival, you will post photos on your social media, and you want to look pretty in them. But that doesn’t mean you can pack a suitcase full of clothes. Given the weather, expect rain and always pack a rain jacket. A swimsuit is a must! I also recommend that you pack a couple of tank tops with cute short skirts/shorts. Pack a hat for sunny afternoons and maybe a bandana as well, you would want to look hip.

An Air Mattress

In case you are going to camp at a music festival, you are going to need an air mattress. You need to be active through the day, and therefore you need a good night’s sleep. So I advise that you pack a nice air mattress for those nights when you are hungover and tired.

Pack Some Toiletries

Camping doesn’t mean you have to be unclean. I recommend that you pack a travel kit of toiletries if you don’t want people to avoid you because you smell awful. Chances are you would not find a proper bathroom at the festival. I recommend that you keep a menstrual cup. (Ladies, you need that!)Wet wipes are a must; they can help you clean up when you cannot have a shower.

Keep a dry shampoo because your hair might get oily. Oh and, do not forget to keep a first-aid kit! You never know when you might need to use it.

A Music Player

You are going to need a music player to play songs for those times when you sit beside a fire with your newfound friends who love the same band. Packing a portable music player is your best option because your phone’s speakers just won’t cut it. You can find an inexpensive yet durable music player anywhere; I recommend buying a music player online, pop over to this site to see the stuff you might need.

Always Carry Some Cash

You are not going to find food stalls that accept credit cards, so I suggest that you bring cash when you go camping at a music festival. But beware of the pickpocketers; it is easy to lose your money when you are in a crowd.

Bonus Tip:

Carry some non-perishables and a refillable water bottle with you. You are going to need them in case you can’t find food, and you won’t need to buy water bottles. It is environment-friendly, and you will save yourself from a lot of trouble.

I hope these tips help you get through your festival without any trouble. Have fun!
